great advices!
Great all around yoga book to get you motivated on yoga. I was on the fence about doing yoga and have thought about it for awhile but wasn't ready to pay for a gym membership just to learn the basics. I bought this book along with some other yoga dvd's and it has helped me greatly. Great book, tons of exercises and yoga poses for each day. Great for beginners!
