I know the author, so you'd think that would make me biased. It doesn't though, and if this book was terrible, I would have told him so years ago. I'm blunt like that. He'd the idea to write a book, asking me my insight and opinion on a few of the characters as we shared lunch outside our workplace. I was charmed and amused, it was fun to talk about, fun to think about, then he started writing it. As each chapter unfolded, each delving further into the lives of these people I was drawn into their story. The story made me laugh with tears, flushed with anxiety, and encouraged an empathy with the characters. Each of them feels so real, Chris O. depicting their lives, their reactions and emotions with a stunning flair that leaves you wondering if he created them in the story, or if the story was created because they needed to be spun into our reality. It's likely one of the better works of realistic fiction I have ever read, and it's my strong believe that anyone who turns those pages will come to think so as well.Product details

If I write a book, Chris O will be a chapter all his own. Funny, insightful, dare I say serendipitous. I read two or three books a week. Read this twice. It's that good!
